1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or enrolling in courses at WayToWeb Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as "WayToWeb Edu", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not register for courses, utilize our internship services, or use this site.

2. User Responsibilities & Conduct

As a student or trainee of WayToWeb Pvt. Ltd., you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain a respectful and collaborative attitude in classroom labs and online workspaces.
• Not share course portals, videos, or curriculum materials with non-enrolled individuals.
• Not engage in academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or copyright infringement.

3. Course Usage & Learning Portals

All curriculum, video lessons, project repositories, and design files provided are the exclusive intellectual property of WayToWeb Pvt. Ltd. Enrollment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access materials for educational purposes only. Redistribution or commercial use of our training assets is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments, Fees & Installments

All fees are transparently communicated during career counseling. Payment schedules must be strictly followed:

• Enrolled courses require payments in full or according to the agreed-upon monthly installment plan.
• Failure to pay installments on or before the due date may result in a temporary suspension of classroom lab access, course portal access, and placement assistance.

5. Refund Policy

We pride ourselves on delivery quality. However, course fees are subject to the following refund guidelines:

• Before Class Start: A student can cancel enrollment up to 3 days before the scheduled batch starts for a full refund (minus a nominal 10% registration processing fee).
• Within the First Week: Cancellation request submitted within the first week of training start is eligible for a 50% refund.
• After the First Week: No refund requests are entertained once a batch has run for more than 7 calendar days.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software codes, wireframes, design components, and media produced during live project assignments under WayToWeb's training programs belong to WayToWeb Pvt. Ltd. unless written waivers are granted for portfolio usage. Trainees are permitted to showcase finished assignments in their personal portfolios (like GitHub, Behance, or Dribbble) with attribution to WayToWeb Pvt. Ltd.

7. Limitations of Liability

WayToWeb Pvt. Ltd. provides professional training and placement preparation, but does not guarantee employment. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from course attendance, lack of class completions, or failure to secure employment. Under no circumstances will our total liability exceed the total fee amount paid by you for the specific training program.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Gujarat, India. Any legal dispute or claim arising from these terms will be handled exclusively in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
